INCTR Egypt has been mainly involved in the development of a bibliography designed to quantify scientific output in selected cancers, and to provide a resource that can be used to answer questions of particular relevance to Egypt through systematic review. Papers and manuscripts are drawn from a variety of sources, including international and local journals as well as MD/PhD theses. The metrics of scientific output are represented by the number of papers published in scientific journals, as well as the number of theses. The University of Cairo is involved, and the possibility of including the Library in Alexandria is being explored. This project is further discussed under "Foundational Projects."
