INCTR India, led by Dr Shivraj Singh (left) and located in Rajasthan has assembled a strong advisory board and also developed a Public-Private-Partnership with the Rajasthan Government as well as a consortium of organizations which will form the executive arm of INCTR India.
Its initial programs will focus on healthy living and early detection, with special focus on the rural poor. This program is being led by Drs Shivraj Singh, Dr Malhotra, and Dr Gupta. Of major importance is the involvement of women in the teaching program. Village health workers known as ASHAs will play a major role in this regard. Click on pictures to enlarge
